This is perfect if you’re not ready for retirement living but recognise you need extra support at home. We have a referral network of trusted, insured and accountable businesses and professionals to help give you peace of mind.

Step 1: Consultation

We will provide a free consultation over the phone, in person, in your home, in the hospital - wherever is most convenient for you.

Step 2: Assessment and Discussion

We will listen to what you are telling us and through a series of questions, we will assess your needs, preferences, and budget. Our approach is to understand your personal goals for today while keeping the future in mind. During our meeting, we typically engage in an educational discussion about the various options and offerings available.

Step 3: Personalized Referrals

Once we understand your unique criteria we develop strategies to help you plan for the future, and refer you to trusted providers.

Step 4: Arrange and Escort on Tours

We create an itinerary for aging at home services and programs. We can also help you prepare for meetings with these services and programs so you get all the information you need to make an informed decision.

Step 5: Transitional Support

Should you decide to relocate in the future, we can further help with referrals for support services including realtors, professional downsizing and organizers, moving companies and everything in between.
